Duties:
- Conduct guided tours of our facility, ensuring an engaging and informative experience for visitors
- Share interesting facts, stories, and historical information about the site
- Lead groups of varying sizes through designated tour routes
- Answer questions and provide assistance to visitors throughout the tour
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants at all times
- Utilize time management skills to ensure tours run smoothly and stay on schedule
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals, including children, adults, and international tourists
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing visitor needs and concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Tour Guide or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to captivate an audience
- Leadership qualities to confidently guide groups through tours
- A passion for education and the ability to educate visitors about the site's history and significance
